Transaction & Documentation Manager
Manages contracts, amendments, escrow processes, and closing timelines. Oversees land-use and entitlement documentation, organizes approvals and staff reports, coordinates due diligence materials including title, zoning, easements, and historical records, and controls secure data-room access for investors and buyers post-agreement.

Oversees project budgets, invoices, draws, and cost approvals. Coordinates investor and JV funding logistics and communications, manages project-based accounts payable, reconciles vendor costs, and maintains clear financial records and audit trails.

Leads pre-sale positioning and exit strategy for entitled land. Builds and manages a developer buyer pipeline ahead of final approvals, prepares offering materials and deal summaries, and supports pricing, positioning, and disposition strategy through close.
